Administrative Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Wheaton, Illinois (IL). Responsibilities:
Support organization with daily administrative functions
Track and submit expenses
Develop agendas
Drafting and generating correspondence
Perform general clerical duties; typing, filing, scanning and data entry
Coordinate and set up for internal and external meetings/events
Order supplies and maintain office equipment
Other administrative duties as assigned
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, but not required
0-2 years' experience in an office environment
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and enthusiasm
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
Strong organization skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to work with little direction
Proficient to intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite, (including mail merges)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Bubbly and friendly personality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
