We seek an enthusiastic self-motivated leasing Consultant to lease luxury apartments at our newest community, Wheaton 121. Located in downtown Wheaton, this amazing new construction property is comprised of 306 brand-new condo quality apartments, and features high-end sophisticated amenities. This is a luxury community that you would truly proud to sell!
This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate has an upbeat enthusiastic personality, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work flexible hours as necessary. The ability to close is a must.
Morningside Group offers competitive salary, commission, and employee benefits. Wheaton 121 specifically provides an excellent commission potential during its current lease-up status.
The responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist include, but are not limited to:
leasing apartments including fielding phone and internet leads, scheduling appointments, conducting prospect tours, application processing and lease execution
Meet and exceed leasing goals
Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs, prospect database, and perform diligent follow-up with all leads
Create and maintain internet advertisements
Conduct regular market surveys, maintain knowledge of the market, surrounding competition, and local community
Community outreach marketing
Assist with resident retention activities and resident events
Attend chamber of commerce events and other business related after hours events
Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents
Review and process rental application paperwork
Conduct resident move-in orientations and move-out inspections
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing
Process maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
General office and administrative duties
All other activities as required by your supervisor
Requirements:
Background in a sales oriented position.
Demonstrated verbal, written, and organizational skills
Demonstrated computer skills
Must be willing to work weekends
