We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process - Assist with resume screening and initial candidate assessments - Conduct phone screens and initial interviews - Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information - Utilize social media platforms for lead generation and recruitment marketing - Support the development of training materials for hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices - Assist with succession planning initiatives - Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide administrative support such as preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Job Type:
