Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day to day operations Background check Be willing to work towards getting your Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
