Community Consolidated School District 89 is seeking a Library Media Center Teacher for Briar Glen Elementary School, a kindergarten through fifth grade building, located in Glen Ellyn, IL.
This position is for the 2023-2024 school year.

Summary:
The Library Media Center Teacher will support student learning through developing research skills, reading independence, technology proficiency and collaborative skills.
Additionally, the LMC Teacher serves as a resource to teachers to help integrate technology and research into curriculum units.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for this position will hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with Illinois State Board of Education with at least one of the following endorsements:
Elementary Education K-9 (ELEM), Self-Contained General Education K-9 (SCGE), Library Information Specialist (LIS) or LMC.
Qualified candidates will have knowledge with literacy development, technology integration and use, research, and inquiry learning.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
